1. Corporate Operating Entity & Scope

Zinetra is developed, owned, and operated by Wyntech Labs Private Limited ("Wyntech Labs", "we", "us"), headquartered in Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring responsible data processing in compliance with the Information Technology Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

2. Government KYC & Identity Verification Protocol

To maintain marketplace safety and prevent fraudulent multi-accounting, Zinetra utilizes authorized Government ID & KYC verification through compliant identity gateway partners:

• Zero Plain-Text Identity Storage: Raw government identity documents and identification numbers are never permanently stored in plaintext databases.
• HMAC-SHA256 Cryptographic Fingerprinting: A cryptographic, salted hash is generated solely to enforce the platform's One-Person = One-Account policy.
• Masked Identification: Only masked identification and verified demographic attributes authorized by the user are maintained for trust & safety.

3. Payment & Financial Data Security

All subscription and membership payments are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Razorpay). Wyntech Labs never collects or stores credit card numbers, debit card PINs, or UPI passwords.

4. Data Deletion & Privacy Rights

Users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated data through the in-app security settings, via our web Account Deletion Page, or by writing to privacy@wyntechlabs.com.
